Telephone Consultation
Our free telephone consultation gives you the opportunity to discuss concerns and seek advice from the professionals. Consultations last a maximum of 10 minutes. There is no obligation to use any of our services following the consultation.

Initial Assessment: Verbal Feedback
A tier 1 appointment lasts approximately 1 hour and includes a thorough case history, formal and/or informal assessment (as appropriate) and verbal feedback.

Initial Assessment: Summary Report
A tier 2 appointment includes a thorough case history, formal and/or informal assessment (as appropriate) and feedback. This is followed by a report explaining the assessment findings and recommendations.

Initial Assessment: Detailed Report
Tier 3 includes a thorough assessment and report containing detailed analysis of assessment scores and findings, response to therapy and recommendations. The report will form contribution towards Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP). A tier 3 assessment appointment lasts approximately 1.5 hours.

Clinic Therapy Session
Therapy can commence after an initial assessment which outlines need of intervention. Sessions last 45–60 minutes depending on the age and attention skills of the child. Therapy sessions are tailored to meet the needs of your child. All sessions are based on current evidence and progress is reviewed regularly. Activities will be given for you to practice at home.

Community Therapy Session
Community sessions may take place at home, school or nursery and last 45–60 minutes. Therapy sessions are tailored to meet the needs of your child. All sessions are based on current evidence and progress is reviewed regularly. Activities will be given for you to practice between sessions. Sessions can also take place remotely via Zoom.

Meeting with Other Professionals
Our therapists believe in the importance of communicating and working closely with others involved in your child’s care. We are happy to meet with other professionals in the team around your child.

Telephone Call: 10-30 minutes
Telephone sessions can be arranged for us to monitor progress, discuss recommendations and support you at home without you and your child needing to travel. If the call is likely to last more than 30 minutes we would recommend a face to face or Zoom session instead.

Summary Report
For existing clients only, who may require a summary report for purposes such as One Planning meetings, onward referrals, sharing information with a new educational setting, and so on.
